Hybrid class This class is broadcast live from a Rec Center and can be also taken in-person at the facility with membership or daily admission. Register for a class or drop in when you can. These classes include motivation and guidance while using equipment and body weight to improve muscle strength, body toning, and endurance. Registered or drop-in classes include Zumba, Latin Rhythms, Bollywood and more. Danceĭance-style fitness classes provide a full-body workout using music and movement to boost energy and feel more like fun than fitness. Classes include boot camp, fitness circuits, kettlebell, and more. These registered or drop-in classes combine the benefits of cardio and muscle conditioning for a total body workout that improves stamina, endurance, muscle strength, and toning. All classes include options to allow you to work out at your own level of fitness and comfort.
